Exchange and returns
Please note : As our products are handwoven and we have only one of each kind, and as the fabrics are pure and delicate weaves, each product requires delicate and careful handling. Hence, returns and exchanges are offered only in extreme circumstances.
Order can be cancelled before shipping, provided tassels and edging are not added on your request. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a credit amount equivalent to the value of your order for any subsequent purchase on the website.
No exchange or returns on products bought during offers or discounts.
We do not offer refunds.
Returns or exchanges accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Only unstitched garments ( Saris, stoles and dupattas) are eligible for return or exchange. Sari blouse pieces or fabrics cannot be exchanged or returned.
Return/exchange request should be sent by email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
If you receive your order in a parcel that appears to have been tampered tampered with, damaged or in an unsealed condition, you are advised not to accept such parcel and do not open the package. Immediately get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and call +919945687277.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrived damaged, you need to email us a photograph of the damaged packaging along with the return request as per condition 5.
We shall examine the request and send you an authorisation of return/ exchange within 3-4 working days. After our authorisation, the product must be couriered back to Discoverdiva at the below mentioned address within 7 days.
The product returned/ exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the store address.
All returns and exchanges are processed are aimed to process within 7 days.
Damaged, defective products will be fully refunded. Refund can be chosen as store credits or on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and stocking fee might be applicable. Discoverdiva will initiate the process for refund within 5 -7 working days.

You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified DiscoverDiva and its affiliates and any future purchaser of the returned product against all or any third party claims, demand, cost, expenses including attorney fees which may be suffered, incurred, undergone and/or sustained by DiscoveDiva, its affiliates, or any future purchaser due to:
a usage of the returned product by you;
b return of a different product or if the returned product does not meet the conditions prescribed herein or if the condition of the returned product is different from the condition specified at the time of availing the Offer; and
c any breach of these Offer terms and conditions.
